I'm not someone who naturally enjoys exercising, but I know that it's important that I do it to keep my heart healthy. I'm working on all sorts of ways that I can make exercise more fun, including downloading some fun podcasts to listen to when I run, choosing work out gear that looks good and making plans to exercise with friends.
